Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This policy applies to the AI Form Filler browser extension. By installing or using the extension, you acknowledge this privacy policy.
2. Local browser data
User profiles, API keys, model configuration, extension settings, and local usage counters are stored in the browser extension storage. User profiles may include name, email, phone number, company, job title, address, website, messaging account, and custom fields entered by the user.
3. Basic form filling
When the user clicks AI Fill, form field descriptions and the selected user profile may be sent directly from the extension to the AI service or custom model endpoint configured by the user. These requests do not pass through our server. Processing is subject to the privacy policy and terms of the configured AI service.
4. AI recommendation
When using the built-in AI recommendation provider, including questionnaire or quiz assistance, requests may be proxied through the license backend to enforce free usage limits and Pro entitlement checks. The backend forwards form fields and profile content in memory only and does not persist form content or user profile content.
When Custom API is selected, model requests are sent directly from the browser extension to the configured model endpoint. They do not pass through the recommendation proxy. If local entitlement cache is missing or expired, the extension may call a lightweight entitlement endpoint to check Pro status. That endpoint receives only a device identifier and, when available, a license key. It does not receive API keys, form fields, user profiles, prompts, or model responses.
5. Pro activation
During Pro activation, we may store the license key, activation time, device identifier, IP address, country or region, browser user agent, platform, language, timezone, and, when Chrome account information is available, the Chrome account email and account ID. This data is used for license verification, abuse prevention, customer support, and dispute handling.
6. Retention
Activation records and usage counters are stored in a cloud database for the period needed for license verification, support, and anti-abuse purposes. To request deletion of records associated with a license key, contact us using the email below and provide the relevant license key for verification.
7. Third parties
AI services are selected and configured by the user. Request content sent to those services is handled according to the relevant provider's privacy policy. Purchases are handled by independent payment or order platforms according to their own rules.
8. Permissions
- storage: stores settings and user profiles locally in the browser.
- activeTab: reads the current page form structure when the user starts filling.
- contextMenus: provides a right-click entry point for form filling.
- identity and identity.email: reads Chrome account information during Pro activation for identity confirmation, abuse prevention, and support verification.
- host permissions: identifies forms and shows fill controls on pages visited by the user.
